Access Strategic Expertise in Changing Times
You are missing an opportunity if you don’t take advantage of the contract workforce
- Either the work falls on you or less capable staff, or it doesn’t get done
- Your growth, or possibly even your survival as a business may suffer
Harness the gig economy to access talent and skills that you never could before
- Most mid-sized businesses are missing specialist skills, at least some of the time - such as for strategic projects, when a key person leaves, or simply because they can’t afford, or can’t find, a full-time person
- Engaging people on contract is more flexible than employing them
- There is talent available, with experienced people who enjoy new challenges and want the flexibility of working as contractors short-term on projects, or on a part-time basis
The Way we Work
- We are hands-on and prefer to work in the business rather than looking in from the outside.
- Location is flexible – we can work in your offices or branches or from our own premises – whichever suits you and the project.

Returning to NZ in 2004 with his family, Chris settled in Tauranga where he worked as a consultant including chairing Nexxus Insurance and the Bay Aquatic Trust, as well as Director roles in a pet-food Company, and part-time GM roles in a loss adjustor company and a garage door business.
